Karen Marie Weiske

Karen was known as a warm, caring, and generous person. Her home was the place where people came to congregate and celebrate. Her greatest delight was welcoming people into her home and taking care of others. Karen maintained many friendships from childhood and her days at Sequoia High School and enjoyed daily calls catching up with friends.

Karen was the beloved mother of Erica Rader (David) and Kurt Weiske (Sarah) cherished grandmother of Jeremy, Ren, Melissa, Eric, Ethan and Ava and great grandmother to Liam and Grant, and the beloved sister of Kurt (Gail) Sjoberg. She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Robert ‘Bob’ Weiske.

Known to her grandchildren as “Grandmor” and "Mormor", embracing her Swedish heritage, Karen was the epitome of a loving and supportive grandparent. Our children have many wonderful memories of times spent with her. She made each of them feel loved and special.

Karen was the heart of our family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A memorial and reception will be held on July 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Presbyterian Church of Los Gatos, 16575 Shannon Road, Los Gatos, California.
