Im going to miss you a lot, Grandma Lucy!

One of my favorite memories of great-grandma Lucy will always be walking around the Santa Cruz Boardwalk.  We were so blessed to get to know you and always enjoyed our visits to your home in Santa Cruz.  Love and miss you, Grandma Lucy!

Grandma Lucy, you will be deeply missed. You have joined your beloved Dorothy and Leroy. You had a joy for life, a heart to caregive as a career. You gave guidance and encouragement to your grandchildren and community of friends. You spoke your truth, defended your position and lived your convictions. We had some awesome conversations, you shared many family stories and memories which I will always treasure. Love you Grandma.

Rest in Peace, Grandma Lucy!  We are sad that you're gone and we will miss you greatly.  But we've found comfort in knowing you will be reunited in heaven with your brothers and sisters, our mom and your son, Leroy!  We're confident it's a reunion that puts all others to shame.  
Our sincere condolences go to our many cousins, aunts and uncles.  You are all in our thoughts and prayers and we send our love.
