Born and raised in San Pablo, California, Monique was the youngest of seven siblings. Ray, Cheryl, Michelle, Andree, Louis, Nicky and Monique. In 1988, she welcomed her only son, Henry “Hank” Cadle, and remained a constant source of strength and inspiration throughout his life, supporting him in all his personal and professional pursuits.
Monique built a respected career in the outdoor design and construction industry, known for her craftsmanship, dedication, and work ethic. She was a woman of quiet strength, deeply committed to her family and to the work she loved.
She is survived by her son Henry Cadle, her beloved granddaughter Bindi Cadle, and her life partner of nineteen years, Armando Montoya and her two step-children with him, Armando Jr. Montoya and Angelica Montoya. Monique also leaves behind three of her siblings—Andree Toussaint, Louis Bernier, and Nicky Bernier Cich.
Monique Giselle Cadle will be remembered for her resilience, her hardworking spirit, and the love she gave so freely to those around her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
