Sandra Jane Beltran (GiGi) of Mission Viejo, California passed away on Friday, October 20th, 2023 at the age of 81. She was born on May 4th, 1942 in Ross, Ohio where she grew up. She married Leslie Charles Covey and had 3 children.
She graduated from Ross High School in 1960.
She worked as homemaker and then a career in manufacturing and sales.
She was actively involved in gardening, sewing, and family.
She is preceded in death by her parents George and Cynthia Duggins, and sister Joyce Wesley.
She is survived by her children Allen Covey (Karen) Mission Viejo, CA , Sylvia Hollis (Michel) Mission Viejo, CA and Brian Covey (Christine) Scottsville,KY and 7 grandsons and 9 great grandchildren.
