Barbara Sue Potts

She retired from Amalgamated Transit in San Bernardino. She grew up in Amarillo and attended Palo Duro HS. She made it to every state except Alaska. She moved to California in 1987 where she remained the duration of her life. She traveled to many states prior to moving to California with her husband Jon Potts's career. She loved to go to Cuchara Colorado. Her hobbies included fishing, traveling, and being with grandkids, great grandkids, and her great great grandkids.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jon Steven Potts, her mom and dad, Howard and Ettie Harvey, 3 sons, Terry Glen Smith, Charles Ray Robbins, and Joel Wayne Smith. Sister, Mary Jo Sechrist, brothers, Clarence (Pill) Ray Harvey, Raymond Harvey, and twin sisters Ernestine & Pauline, 2 great grandkids Cayden Ballejo and Chloe McCulum and many other loved ones.

She is survived by her daughters Sherry Cortez and Husband John of Albuquerque, NM, Darla Stern on San Bernardino California. Grandkids, Angela Jackson, Steven Ballejo, Yolanda Walker, and Julian Ballejo, all of Texas. Shelby Stern and Cody Stern of North Dakota. Amanda Lesnick of Oklahoma, and Casey Robbins of Florida. 22 great grandkids, and 2 great great grandkids. Brother, Bobby (Sonny) Harvey of Arizona.

Her loss will be felt by many.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity for mom. Per Sue request, her ashes will be scattered in Colorado at a later date.
