Estelle was the oldest of 4 siblings and one step brother, born to Oscar and Dorothy (Conatser) Williams, of Forbus County, Tn. She was the proud loving mother of two, Aletta Schena, deceased, and Ken Beaty. Her love extended to her 6 grand children (one deceased), 13 great grand children (one deceased), and 15 great great grand children. She was preceded in death by husbands, Alonzo Beaty (1971), Howard Carver (1979), and Paul Esquivel (2003).
Being the oldest of the 4 siblings, she was the one to assume the role of mother at a very young age when her mother passed. That seemed to set the trend of being the matriarch to a family who all loved her dearly. Among the out-of-home jobs she held, the one that she was most proud of was manager for a company that owned multiple mobile home parks. During their 30 plus years with the company, she and husband Paul managed parks in Ca. and Tx. Together they earned the lifelong respect of their employer, who came to view them as family, as well as many of the residents in the parks, some of whom volunteered to help care for her in recent years.
Estelle held tightly to her Christian faith and led by example. She was fastidious in her appearance and personal presentation, always coordinating clothing, hair, nails, shoes, jewelry, etc. She very much enjoyed shopping and being productive, whether that meant cleaning, reading, crafts, cooking or making one of her much loved lemon meringue pies. She was able and determined to do many of these things until she passed at 102 years of age.
She will be greatly missed and celebrated by many.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.tridentsociety.com/location/rancho-mirage-cremation for the Esquivel family.
