Frank Peter Ciulla, age 96, of Palm Desert, California passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023.
Uncle Frank (Frank Ciulla, 1927-2023) was a sweet loving man with a quick sense of humor, could cook you a four-course gourmet Italian meal, was passionate about politics...and yet would laugh and banter with those of us with different views. He is survived by nieces, Jacqueline Lasseter and Bridget Mills and three people whom he affectionately allowed to call him Uncle: Char & Steve Modlich and Kathy Patrona
