Frank Penty of Murrieta, California, was born in Oldham, England, on March 23rd, 1931. Beloved husband of 64 years to Mary Penty (née Bolton), devoted father to Russell & wife Lia, to daughter Heather, and cherished G-Dad to Hannah and Samantha. He was the kindest, warmest, loving, and most supportive man, more than we could have ever asked for. He loved his family beyond words and will be forever missed.
