John Joseph Allen Jr.

February 21, 1941 - November 21, 2020

John was born in The Bronx New York to John Joeseph Allen Sr and Florence Roth Allen.

John was a veteran who proudly served in the Untied States Army and was deployed to

Vietnam in 1965. His tour of duty did not last long as he was forced to leave early due to his mother's failing health.

Although John survived life in Vietnam, he was heartbroken to have

lost his mother at such a young age.

His father passed not long after.

John was blessed to have the support of an amazing family and is survived by his

cousin Pat Bonson, whom he was verv close to growing up, as well as Robin Allen, the mother of his two sons, Darrell Allen and David Allen, and four grandsons, Cody Young, Tyler young, Travis Young ancl Tanner Young.

John's larger than life personality escaped no one. He was a loving father and husband, and devoted friend.

John had a big heart he was funny and very generous.

John met and married Elaina Allen while attending a grief support group. John and Elaina were married for the past 10 years.

John could always make his loved ones laugh. He loved music and spending time with friends and was an active member of the VFW post 9415 in Phelan. California.

Elaina believes that we are all created with a mirror image of our own and that that twin spirit is our soulmate.

John changed her life and she likes to think she changed his as well.

John was her best friend and soulmate.

His spirit, his laughter and his loving ways will be missed by all.
