Bob was born on December 10th 1942, in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Robert and Margaret Pawlack Boebinger. He and his family moved to California and was a graduate of Polytechnic High School in Riverside.
Bob was received into the Catholic Faith on April 15th 2006, which was one of the greatest days of his life.
Bob's last job was as a School Crossing Guard on the corner of Van Buren and Garfield, in Riverside, CA, which he really enjoyed and took pride in, until he needed to retire a few years ago for health issues. People who knew Bob would drive by his corner, honk, wave and say "Hi Bob", and when he came home from work he'd say someone drove by and hollered, but he had no idea who it was. Most likely his sister-in-law Susanne Bean.
He loved being a Catholic Christian and was always ready to help anyone in need.
He loved bowling, the Ohio State Buckeyes football team, the Army/Navy game (go Navy, beat Army), the Anaheim Ducks Hockey team, the Cincinnati Bengals, York Peppermint candies and his Fig Newton cookies.
Bob is survived by his beloved wife Lisa Millen Boebinger, his step-son Stan and wife Kelly Boebinger, his son Robert Boebinger, and Bob's twin sister Roberta Strater. Bob is also survived by his Aunt Stella Impson, a niece Brittany Millen, a nephew John Boebinger, numerous cousins, grandkids, and great-grandkids.
He will be forever loved and missed by all who knew him. We lost one of the very best!
