passed away on February 12, 2018
in Temecula Valley Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife Doris Kaptein Neil
his 4 daughters Nancy Schankereli, Barbara Banegas, Cindy Casto, Christina Neil, His 9 Grandchildren and many Great-Grandchildren, His sister Rosalie Neil Beckwith and Brother Steven Neil.
He was preceded in death by his Father Robert Lee Neil and his Mother Rosalie Duffy Neil.
