SAN MARCOS, CA - Alphonso J. Resch, 94, our father and friend, passed peacefully in his sleep on January 2nd, 2024.
"Alphie Banana", a Korean War veteran, retired Wisconsin Gas & Electric Welder, loving husband to Jean (2021) and father of 5 girls spread joy & laughter wherever he went.
We all loved his funny sense of humor, his devilish grin, and that gleam in his eyes he always had.
He will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
Country song car dancing & making silly faces just won't be the same without you Dad! "High O Sliver"!!
