Angel Hernandez-Grado

Angel had a tough childhood, and life overall. Despite his rough times, Angel always had a bright white ‘Colgate’ smile on his face. He loved his son, family, friends, and dog Hercules . Angel was fascinated with auto mechanics and loved the Fast and the Furious series. He rebuild and designed his own replica of “Jesse’s Jetta” which is a 1995 Volkswagen Jetta A3; this was one of his biggest goals and priced possessions.

Angel also loved music, even though he wasn’t the best singer.. he sang his heart out and never missed a chance to serenade his family members and dog along with his accordion or acoustic guitar. Angel was the life of the party and everyone’s dance partner. His day to day consisted of fixing his cars and visiting his little cousins and nephews to play. His weekends were spent in car meets surrounded with crowds who loved him.

During his last months, most of his days were spent with his baby who is also named Angel. Angel loved his son more than anything in the world. Part of his last words to his mom and sisters were, “Please take care of my son and give him lots of love for me.”

Angel was survived by his Mother Claudia Grado, his siblings - MariaJose, Elihu and Daniela, as well as his son Angel Grado Le.

A car meet will be scheduled on Saturday, June 5, 2021 to honor his memory the way he wanted to; surrounded by family, friends and cars.
