Randy retired from the United States Border Patrol in 1990 after 20 years on the San Diego, CA/Tijuana, Mexico border.
Randy is survived by his wife Ana, and his children Christopher Matthews, Pamela Bratsch, Ken Clarke, Eric Williamson, Jennifer Ellis, and Joe Torres and grand children.
A memorial service will be held 3:00pm on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at the American Legion Post 434 in Chula Vista, CA.
