Bill is survived by his nephew, William (Bill) Rushing (Rita) of Humble, Tx. and his niece, Gina Rushing Byrd (Sam) of Tybee Island, Ga., several great nieces and nephews, and many loving friends.
Bill is predeceased by his parents Charline and Lawrence Barkau of Marion, Ky., his sister, Doris Barkau Rushing of Marion, Ky., and his nephew, Kenneth Nicholas Rushing of Tybee Island, Ga.
A “Celebration of Life” will be held August 10, 2023 at 11:30am at Yanni’s Bar & Grill, 12015 Scripps Highlands Dr., San Diego, Ca. 92131. All friends are welcome and invited.
