Ms. Pat was my mother-in-law.  She accepted me into her family which I will  forever be grateful.  I admired her love for God, for her family and friends. 

However, the love and bond she shared with Kevin was like no other.  She loved her son more than anything in this world. She would tell me about Kevin's sports accomplishments as a child and how she was so proud of him.

She was a strong woman that raised a great man which is part of the legacy she leaves in this world.  We miss you Ms. Pat, but I hope you can rest easier knowing Kevin isn't alone. He has extended family and friends that will continue to be by his side.

Remembering my friend and prayer partner Pat, I called her Patricia😊.
We met at church and became friends...we had a lot in common culturally, her Jamaican and myself Panamanian with Jamaican grandparents. 
With other friends like Viola and Carolyn we enjoyed going to brunch, dinners at Vi's and social events at church. Pat was one of the girls. She was on the church's trip to Ireland, where she was such great travel partner.
She loved her some Kevin, the apple of her eye. I also met her daughter in law Tshonda for the first time when she accompanied Pat to one of our annual spring teas. All so met Her sister Elaine on one of trips to San Diego.
I will always love and cherish this sweet soul for been part of my lifes journey.

Paetzhe was indeed one of my best friend. So now how can I say farewell . She was so loving & kind to me.
Actually my son was named by her when he was born Khadian Dwight . We had so much in common.
Paetzhe had no grudge for anyone just love.
The Lord has seen it fit to relieve her out of her pain & grant her sweet repose.
So sleep on my friend Paetzhe & take your rest. Khadian & I love you but Jesus loves you best.

Hi, everyone,
I remember my aunt like this, full of life, spunky and like to be out. When she visits us in Jamaica, she always wants to know that my cats weren't around. This lady's hair was always tuck away neatly under her bonnet and she spoke so eloquent, not to forget the smile. For her height she knew how to rock these heels when she's not in sneakers. I have never seen my aunt with a ponytail. She was someone that would check if you are okay. I could see, she loved my mom and her family . She spoke so highly of her son which she was proud of. I didn't get to see her at her home  but when we talk on the phone, it was wonderful.  She knew to ask the right questions, to let you know, she was interested in you and your life. Going to miss you, aunt Patsy, your niece, Simone .

God saw that you were getting tired,
And a cure was not to be,
So he put his arms around you,
And whispered," come to me".
With tearful eyes we watched you slowly slipped away,
And though we loved you dearly, 
We couldn't make you stay,
Your golden heart stopped  beating, your hands put to rest.
God blessed us with your presence,

Aunty Pat was a kind hearted,straight forward and loving person. Easy to be with and enjoyable to talk to.
 Though she's gone from our sight but not from our hearts. We'll forever cherish the sweet memories of her. 
Farewell Aunty, continue to soar with the Angels.  We'll miss you. 

Although I never meet Kevin’s mom in person she was still kind enough to make me the best sweet potato’s I’ve ever had in my life!!  I’ll never forget that. Kevin so sorry for your loss but heaven has their angel back.
