Phyllis Mae Fasanella

Phyllis was born in Madison Wisconsin and lived there with her Mother Catherine and father Tallman, sisters Carolyn, Annabel, Doris, Bette and brother Sunny. She was married in 1946 to Lloyd Arnold. They were married for 26 years and had four children Diana, Charles, Sherry and Vicky, three grandchildren Chris, Tara and Bryan and two great grandchildren Tristen and MacKenzie.

After Lloyd’s death Phyllis married Michael Fasanella and was married to him for 26 years. She has a stepdaughter Marge Ihde, two step grandchildren Lisa and Chris and eight great grandchildren.

Phyllis retired from Norwegian American Hospital in Chicago, Illinois after working in the Dietary Department for 36 years.

Phyllis is survived by her daughters, Sherry (Bob) Drzewicki and Vicky (Ed) Miner, her three grandchildren Bryan, Tara and Chris and her great grandchildren Tristen and MacKenzie. She is also survived by her stepdaughter Marge (Ken) Ihde, two grandchildren Lisa and Chris and eight great grandchildren.

Phyllis was pre-deceased by her husband’s Lloyd Arnold and Michael Fasanella, her son Charles and her daughter Diana.

There will be no viewing or memorial service. Her Celebration of Life to be announced. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Cancer Association.
