Robert Henry Beitler

Robert Henry Beitler, Bob, of Yuma, Arizona passed away on December 18, 2023 at the age of 77. He was born on July 13, 1946 in Los Angeles, CA. Bob’s father was active duty Army Air Force and Bob grew up on Army bases throughout the world.

Bob graduated from National University in 1988 with a Master of Arts in Human Behavior degree.

Bob had a distinguished 30 year career in the U.S. Navy, retiring as a Master Chief Petty Officer in 1993.

After retirement from the Navy Bob and his wife, Pat, enjoyed traveling in their RV from Alaska to Mexico and everywhere in between. They enjoyed work-camping at National parks, state fairs, pet shelters and even an Amazon warehouse. They also worked as guides for a large RV travel tour company.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents Frances and Henry, brother Don, and sister Elaine.

Bob is survived by his wife Pat, daughters Yvette and Laura, son Don, stepdaughter Carla, and stepson Michael and sister Jan. Bob has 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Interment to follow at Miramar National Cemetery.
