Rosemary Biebush of Carlsbad, California passed away on Friday, September 2nd at the age of 95. She was born to Ralph H. and Mary L. (Tasher)Taylor on August 13, 1927 in South Bend, Indiana where she grew up .
She graduated from Lakeville High School in 1945. She married George W. Woodworth in 1947 and moved from Indiana to California. They lived in Southern California until 1957 when they moved their family to San Francisco Bay Area for George’s work. She was actively involved in the PTA and was an accomplished seamstress and loved doing all varieties of needlework. They moved back to Oceanside in 1964 where she became active in the Oceanside Emblem Club and served as president in 1969. Her husband, George, passed away in 1969 and she married William F. Biebush in 1971. She worked with Bill as his bookkeeper for approximately 30 years. They enjoyed world traveling and camping in their motor home with their grandchildren. Bill passed away in 2011.
She is survived by her daughters Lynn Alvarez and Debbie Price, son Monte Woodworth (Mary). She was a loving grandmother to her grandchildren April Schnaubelt, Tami Alvarez Oakes (Steve), Willie Price (Jenna), Nicholas Price (Sarah), Steven Price (Joy), and great-grandchildren Molly Schnaubelt, Sabrina Schnaubelt, Sam Alvarez Oakes, Bella Price, Olivia Price, Thomas Price, Leilani Price and Sierra Price. She is also survived by her brother, Monte Taylor (Cecelia), niece, Jan Irvin (Darrol), nephew, Tom Taylor (Marie), and several great nieces and nephews.
Her friendly smile and bubbly giggle will be missed by both family and friends.
