Theodore Norbert Ludwig, age 91, of El Cajon, California passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2025. Theodore was born in Rudyard, Montana.

Theodore will be laid to rest in Ft. Rosecrans National Cemetery, 1700 Cabrillo Memorial Drive, San Diego, CA 92106.
