Prayers and thoughts to the family. Tom was the best boss that I ever worked for in my forty three years in the trade. I will always remember his kindness and friendship through the years. He will be missed and his leadership and firmness will endure and hopefully be passed on to the many others who follow in his footsteps and that had the honor of working for him and or with him.  May he now rest in peace!
