Anne Marie Roberts

Born in Big Springs, NE on April 7, 1940, Roberts worked as a Telephone Operator, Howard-Johnson Motel Night Auditor, and Sun Telegram Office Receptionist until her retirement in 2005. In 2018 she moved to Lemoore, CA, and then to Hanford, CA in 2019. In Barstow she was an active PTA member and a member of the Mojave Desert Christian Church; and in Hanford she was a member of Lemoore’s Amazing Grace Christian Fellowship.

Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Tenney; parents, Melvin Lingelbach and Lena Irene Lingelbach; and granddaughter Shannon Roberts. She is survived by her sister, Lorene Lingelbach Baldwin; her children Steven (Jody) Roberts, Craig Roberts, and Mark (Michelle) Roberts; 7 grandchildren, Adam, Jason, Michael, Tahnee, Jessica, Markie and Mattie; and 7 great-grandchildren, Mia, Gabrielle, Damien, Joshua, Kaydence, McKenna and Ethan.

Interment will be at Bakersfield National Cemetery at 10:45 a.m. August 10, 2022. Her Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, August 11, 2022, at the Amazing Grace Christian Fellowship, 293 Hamlet St., Lemoore.
