Dan was born in Hollywood, California on July 16, 1929 and while going to college, he was drafted to serve his country in the United State Military. Upon discharge, he went back to school to obtain a Master's degree. After college he worked for Lockheed Martin in Sunnyvale, CA for 26 years as a software engineer in the aerospace industry. Upon retirement he relocated to Santa Cruz, CA in 1984 to enjoy the wonderful weather and spending time in his yard surrounded by nature and feeding his favorite wildlife.
Those who knew and loved Dan will miss his friendship and mentorship. We take comfort in knowing he is now reunited with his loved ones and family.
