I grew up in Carmel California and lived three houses away from Mrs. Harnish. Her son Dan was a friend of mine as were her other kids. She was also our Carmel High School secretary. What a lovely human being. I will always remember her sweet musical voice,  and beautiful kind face.. My condolences to all of her wonderful children that she raised as a single mother. What an admirable lovely human being.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of our friend and former co-worker.  Jean was a fun friend and a wonderful neighbor.  She will be sorely miss by myself and many others.
