I’ve been wondering about Jamie and just looked her up and found this. What a surprise! I’m so sorry to know it’s so & for her family. We were the  Cole family at the end of the hill  in Tahoe Pines. ; Jeanie, Don, Jason & Evin. Caleb and Forrest were our little buddies and we still quote then 2 year old  Forest, “ do you like berries”?  We had home births and shared our  stories. We spent much time together with our little ones. I’ve been in  Bend OR  since 1983. Our kids are middle age and isn’t life beautiful, so sweet   & sad. I feel so kind of at a loss  knowing she’s gone and I’ll keep holding my memories of those special days  as neighbors & friends with Jamie, Jim, Caleb and Forrest. 💓🙏

Jamie and my wife Margaret worked together at Tahoe keys in the early 70s. They became good friends. We spent a couple of good summers in Southlake Tahoe. Our families had children the same age. And we stayed in regular touch for a lot of good times when the kids were growing up. I always enjoyed her company and her love of nature. 
I sure do miss her.

I am so sorry to hear about Jamie's passing.  I visit her each year and have been a friend since the 1970s.  She was a wonderful friend and we shared a love of travel and new experiences.  My deepest condolences to Forrest, Caleb and all of her grandchildren.  

So sorry to hear of Jamie's passing. She was a very special person. I only knew her for a short time, but very much thought she was special. Condolences to the family.
