Jeb David Welsh

Jeb was a devoted father, husband and avid surfer. He enjoyed being out on the waves surrounded by the sea and enjoying the company of his fellow surfers. He was a man who loved life and he found joy in the simple things. He had an infectious laugh, quick wit and a playful sense of humor. He was always up for an adventure, whether it was exploring new places or simply spending time with his loved ones.

Jeb was a rock for his family. He was a loving and supportive partner always there to offer comfort and guidance and he will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

An informal beach memorial will be held at Seacliff State beach on August 3rd at 3:30PM under the covered picnic area between the museum and stairs.
