Jon was a restless soul, who enjoyed being outdoors, in the mountains, camping, going for walks, and being around his friends. He had a good heart and a ready smile. He was a kind and generous person, who was always ready to share of his limited resources.
He is survived by Candace, his wife of 15 years, three children, Nicholas, Destiny, and Aiden, his parents, his brother Evan, grandmother Ann, and his church family at Lifeplace Church in Merced, who will all greatly miss him.
