Mark Christopher Cocco

He was born on December 6, 1956, in Palo Alto, CA. Mark grew up in a family of ten kids in Mountain View, CA. He graduated from Mountain View High School in 1974. Mark served in the US Army from 1977-1980 and Army Reserve until 1983. He worked as a bouncer, among many other jobs in his life.

Mark was actively involved in his grandchildren’s lives and taking care of his wife throughout their 36 years of marriage.

His mother and father, Mary Heitzman and Arthur Cocco, his sisters Joan Burns, Barbara Manista, and Teresa Cocco preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife Norah and stepson Tim Kelly. In addition to his wife Norah and stepson Tim Kelly, his siblings Jim (Lark) Cocco, Bill Cocco, Marcia (Kevin) Appert, Kathy (Dave) Takahashi, David (Karen) Cocco, and Greg (Lora) Cocco, along with many cousins, nieces and nephews, grandchildren, and other family members, survive him.

All who knew him will miss him.
