Susan Whittall

Born on October 9, 1946, Suzy was the daughter of Officer Elton Admire and Dessa (Burr) Admire. As an army brat, she spent her childhood moving around the United States, Germany, and Japan.

Suzy has resided in California since 1960 and graduated from San Jose State University. She went on to have a successful career as a paralegal, technical writer, and single mother. Suzy was also a dedicated volunteer with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, a cause that was close to her heart. She had a passion for Shakespeare and was known for her love of literature.

Suzy was a devoted mother to her son, Dr. Justen Whittall, and a proud grandmother to Emma, Riley, & Delaney Schaefer-Whittall. She is survived by her son, daughter-in-law Stephanie Schaefer, grandchildren, sister-in-law Jean Admire, & nephew Jeb Admire. Suzy was preceded in death by her parents & brother Jonathan Admire.

In lieu of a memorial service, the family requests that donations be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Suzy will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
