KIMBERLY JEAN AUSTIN

August 30, 1957--October 1, 2023

Our dearest and beloved Kim passed on Sunday, October 1st after a courageous battle with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

She is survived by her husband Mitch R. Austin and sons Robert Estrada, Joseph Estrada and Mitchell Austin (fiance Justine Evans).

Kim is also survived by her grandchildren Velia Estrada, Cecelia Estrada, Robert Estrada, Vincent Estrada, Dominic Estrada and a new grandchild expected in December and great-granddaughter Elaia Estrada, her brothers and sisters Rudy Lumley (Peter Acevedo), Steve Lumley, Lisa Cho (Scott), Shelly Endo (Jeff), mother-in-law Cruz Austin, sisters-in-law Norma Austin, Liz Portillo, and Carolyn Austin. Nephews and nieces Michael Lumley (Ann), Dennis Lumley Endo, Alexandra Cho, Cruz Elena Austin-Nunez (Robert), Erika Austin, Daniela Crismyre (Brian), Vita Portillo, Delila Portillo, Alejandra Elizondo and numerous great-nieces, great nephews, extended family and friends.

Kim was a graduate of Yerba Buena High School Class of 1975.

As per her wishes, Kim will be laid into eternal rest with her parents Rudy and Geraldine Lumley.

Funeral Services will be at Oak Hill on Friday, November 17th, 2023 at 11:00 AM, with a celebration of life to follow located at the Moose Lodge, 1825 Mt. Pleasant Rd., San Jose, CA from 1:00 to 5:00.
