I would like to start out by offering my condolences to Susan’s Family. I am Mardena McPhail a neighbor  and friend of Susan’s that lived at 1465 Oak st for 12 years. I meet Susan through my Twin sister Marlinda who was a neighbor and friend to Susan for over 20 years. Susan was truly a lovely and friendly person. I am going to miss her and was sad to hear about her passing. I hope that the Lord will grant all of Susan’s family and friends the grace and peace to make it through this time  and passing of Susan who was many things to all who knew her.

I am so sad to hear about Susan. She was a great neighbor and friend. 
I only knew her for about 5 years but she was a pleasure to hang with.  We would walk in the park across the street from the house.  She would always come over for backyard cookouts. She will be missed. Rest in peace.

Susan-My dear, close friend of almost 65 years.  I will miss you dearly. Knowing you and having you in my life was key.  You were always there for a conversation. You were the best friend every one wants in life. I was lucky to meet you on my first day at a new high school. It continued from there. Alphabetical order changed my life- Susan August to my Lois Brady!
