Thomas Joseph Mounts

Our beloved Tom Mounts passed away peacefully in his home on June 5, 2026 at the age of 74. He is survived by his wife, Kathie (Katie Mary), Daughters Rebecca LaBree (Jon), and Sarah Thornton, (Matt), and his grandchildren, Nathaniel and Natalie Thronton and Nicholas LaBree. He is also survived by his brother, Ray Mounts, and the Fernandes line brothers and sisters.

He was born in San Jose, California on May 31, 1952. His childhood in San Jose instilled a lifelong passion for hunting, Photography, Music and humanity, and he loved to speak about it with anyone who would listen.Tom and Kathie first met and bonded over their mutual appreciation for family and continued to share this throughout their long and happy marriage.

He was preceded in death by Walter R Mounts,Father and Alice Evans, Mother.

The Memorial Service will be held at Willow Glen United Methodist Church, 1420 Newport Ave, San Jose, CA 95125 on July 11th at 10 a.m. All friends and family are welcome.
