Gerald Alan Davis

January 14, 1949 - September 27, 2021

Gerald (aka Jerry) A. Davis, age 72 of Hemet, California passed away on September 27, 2021 fighting a good fight from Pulmonary Fibrosis.

On Monday, September 27, 2021, Jerry Davis, loving husband of 33 years and father of 4 daughters, 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, passed away peacefully at age 72 in Hemet, California.

He will be remembered for his wisdom, his unique sarcasm, his dedication to teaching safety to truck drivers at the BNSF railroads and helping ham radio operators from around the world.

Jerry grew up helping his father’s car radio business, Al Davis Radio, in the late 1960’s, and traveled internationally to negotiate contracts for the family business. Jerry loved electronics and had many hobbies starting with CB radio, computer programming, writing code, playing guitar, competing in mixed martial arts, salt and fresh water fishing, and his ultimate hobby, Ham Radio.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 14, 2022 in Buena Park, CA.
