

Linda was born 11/6/1950 in Pittsfield, MA. Linda attended parochial schools, attending St. Joseph’s and St. Mary’s grammar schools and then St. Joseph’s High School from which she graduated in 1968. Linda was always a strong student, a regular presence on honor rolls, and a gifted public speaker. In 1968, Linda enrolled in Rosary Hill College (an all-girls school) in Amherst, New York, now known as Daemen College. She graduated from Rosary Hill with high honors. She went on to Canisius University where she earned her Master’s Degree and Teaching Credential for New York State. Later she moved to Arizona and taught at Deer Valley, Maryvale, and Chandler High School where she became Department Chair. Later she moved to California where she taught at Etiwanda High School, where her daughter teaches today. While at Etiwanda High school Linda appeared as a contestant on Jeopardy. She transferred to Rancho Cucamonga High School when it opened. She retired from the Chaffey Joint Union High School District after 28 years of service. Her hobbies included traveling to Arizona, going to the movies, dancing and was a very avid reader. She is survived by her husband Chuck, daughter Dana, and son David along with 5 grandchildren, and Brother Tom.
