Dearest Candace, this is so so hard for me to write & yet I know I must! We all have loving, special & everlasting memories you've given us! I remember when you were so young & in the car with me playing the radio & I'd let you change stations & each time you did, I would sing a different song over & louder than the one playing & you thought that was so funny & would laugh so hard! Then to this day, I remember ever time I hear the song by Toni Braxton 'Un-Break My Heart", you had told me was one of your favorite when again as a grown-up you were in the car with me! I can honestly tell you this that everyone & I do mean everyone that has known me, knew me or has shared any part of my life on this side of the world or on the other, has heard about you & knows how proud I've always been of you! Your smile will remain with me throughout my life, I can see you with my eyes open or closed! I love you, I always will & hoping, no knowing you are up there now with my Mom, your Grandmother without all the pain you had to deal with throughout your life! God Bless you....

When I first met Candice she was such a cute little girl she wanted to go somewhere and I kept telling Donna oh let her go come on blah blah blah Candice was such a sweetheart and she had a big heart and she would give you her last dollar I used to like it when I go pick her up for work she made me laugh all the time I will never forget her fly high Candice

I have so many memories of you and us as children, teenagers and young adults.
I remember when you lived next door to us and we would mock a whistle to get each other's attention and meet at The back fence... Then your mom and my dad got together and we became a family we became sisters. I often think about our kidish ways and our long walks we would take up bald mountain. Our camping for weeks with mom n dad and of course, our stupid fights. I would not change anything between us and our other sisters. We had a great childhood and we gave your mom n my dad a run for their money!! I love you sis and will always cherish our memories..until we meet again... 

 One Christmas , Candace was 3years old, she came into our kitchen  with her gifi and said, "Did you wrap this up for me"? My heart melted.  I bent down gave her a big hug and  kiss. I said, "Oh honey we sure did. Iwill never forget that Christmas with our secial little niece.

Candace was one of the best friends I’ve ever had. We shared a lot of laughs and we shared a lot of our grief with each other. I will really miss Candace and she will be in my thoughts every day. She was a very special person and I’m glad and very thankful I got to spend what time we had together.

Candace was brought into my life through her cousin we grew a speacial bond over the last 9 yrs she became my bestie n my cousin through marriage i miss u soo much n i still feel very empty  without u here i have noone to talk to we used to have some fun times i know ur still here n watching over everyone every morning on our walks we have a butterfly that follows us i know its you i love u i know your up there with chica happy as can be  ❤❤

Candace was my niece loved with all my heart. She was a very giving young lady even when she didn't have money to buy presents, she found a way. I will miss her at Thanksgiving and Christmas.  There are no words to say how sad losing her is. I wore a bracelet and earrings you gave to work today Candace. You will always be remembered and missed.

I've known Candace's Momma through residential care. Also 'virtually ' met Candace via FB, sharing comments, compliments & LOVING her hair💜 My heart dropped when I heard Candace departed us. Such a woman of strength, loved her baby girl & her beloved Chica! Donna , family & friends so very sorry, gone too soon not fair at all! I will never look at a butterfly & dismiss I know Candace is pain free flying on the back of a beautiful butterfly😊 r.i.p., until we meet above~

Life definitely has not been the same without you sis. The time we spent together meant the world to me.  I’m so grateful  for the years we had and the bond that we shared. I wish I could hug you and just see your face, But now I have memories to stand in your place.

I had only met Candace this past year. I know she came into my life for a reason. She found me on my live video selling her favorite jewelry. She started spending more and more time with our little bling family. We all enjoyed her so much. She was such a kind and caring soul. She always would give  me the best compliments on the show. She has such a connection with all of us . I will never forget her love for purple and pink and her love for any jewelry with butterflies or hearts.  She had told her mom she wanted to come and see me in  Virginia and in her way she did. I had a visit from  the most beautiful Monarch  butterfly in my back yard. I also have the last piece of jewelry she had asked for a butterfly necklace hanging on my show light to keep her memory with us during my live shows. Rest In Peace my sweet girl. Until we meet again. I hope you come and visit me again soon🦋

Candace was such a beautiful soul, I will forever remember her laugh and her smile, it breaks my heart that she is gone but I know she is now at peace and she has her Chica by her side ❤️ She has made such a deep impact on everyone's life, such a colorful woman. I considered Candace my aunt, I've known her as long as I can remember. She leaves behind a beautiful daughter, her loving mother, and many others. Her memory will carry on, I will tell my future children about the amazing Aunt Candace I had🕊I will love you always

I worked with Candace at ARC. I also knew her before she started  there. She had a beautiful heart, and great patience with the residence there. She could also be very funny, made me laugh  a lot. She liked Halloween time and would dress up  to hand out candy with the residents at ARC.  Though I have not seen her resent, we would keep in touch on Facebook. I ran into her at the Hospital once when I was having a test. She called out my name. Candace had such a soft spoken voice , I knew right away it was her.  She will be so missed and loved by her family and friends. Thank you Candace for being a friend. Rest in piece.

Candace your memory will live as long as my heart beats. You are the strongest person I have ever known.  You endured more in your life time then most could ever imagine.  You made the strong look weak. I would give anything to have made your life pain free and care free! You gave it all even though life was not as fair to you as it could of been. Its hard to understand why things turn out the way they do. Candace you touched many lives that will miss you dearly. Your pain has gone away now. Gramma will be at your side, the long hard road you fought has ended now. I love you and miss you. Every time I see a butterfly I will remember you.  Fly in peace my child!

She was a very good and loving step daughter. She will be greatly missed. I will  miss that great smile of hers  and her great sense if humor. I know you are flying with the angels sweet girl till I see you again I love you.
