Margaret Ann Krebs

Molly Clark Krebs, a beloved matriarch and cherished friend, peacefully departed this world on August 3, 2026 at the age of 93. She was born on March 17, 1933, in Oxnard, California, to her loving parents, Bill and Bernice Clark. Her life was a testament to strength, warmth, and devotion to her family and community.

Molly’s journey included life on California cattle ranches. These early lessons would shape her resiliency and talents as a horsewoman, as Molly proudly rode the majestic Camarillo Horses in local parades, including those in Oxnard, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles, creating memories that would be cherished by many. Her adventurous spirit led her into the backcountry on weeklong horseback expeditions with her father, her children, and nieces and nephews, leaving them with memories that will last a lifetime. Molly’s life was a testament to vibrant living, characterized by her strong will, strength, and desire to do it “My Way”.

Molly graduated from St. Catherine's Academy in Ventura before furthering her education at San Jose State University. It was during this time that she met her high school sweetheart, Bud Krebs. The two were married on August 18, 1951, embarking on a lifelong partnership filled with love and shared dreams until Bud’s passing in 2003.

Molly’s early career saw her serving as a secretary at the Hunter's Point Naval Shipyard, supporting Bud through dental school at UCSF. Once her children had grown, Molly pursued her passion for travel, becoming a certified travel agent. She co-owned and operated a successful travel business in Oxnard and later in Paso Robles, CA. Through her work, she imparted her love of exploration to countless others,

Molly’s impact extended beyond her family. She was involved in her community, actively supporting Ventura County philanthropic causes, including St. John's Hospital and the National Charity League. Her love for gardening brightened her surroundings year-round, and she was an accomplished cook, a skill passed down from her parents.

A devoted mother and grandmother, Molly is survived by her children, son Michael, daughters Katy and Ann Barry(Dave) and son Jerry(Donna). Her legacy continues through her six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, all of whom were blessed by her wisdom and kindness. She was preceded in death by her husband Bud, her brother Bill Clark Jr., and her sister Cynthia Heffner
