Passed away on May 5, 2026 at Tri City Hospital Oceanside Ca ., at 61 years of age.
Anna is preceded in death by her parents Fred and Connie Gonzales. She is survived by her wife of 22 years Lori Berrier of Carlsbad Ca. Her daughter Alexis Berrier of Los Angeles Ca. Her brother Christian Gonzales of Toole Utah. Along with Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and lots of cousins in Utah, Colorado, California and Indiana.
Anna grew up in Lakeside Ca, in a house her father built for his family, that her mother Connie made a home for her kids and many more people. She played tennis, and enjoyed all her friends from the Barona Reservation. She began working for VONS as a teenager and spent 34 years with them. She was a hard worker who was kind, fair and respected by all who worked with and for her when she ran the night crews and as a grocery manager.
The most important thing to Anna was her family, and her friends that became her family. No one ever left her presence without a smile, a hug and a great meal! She was a true friend to all who new not to upset her if you didn’t want to get the squinty eye!!!
She will be missed by all and never forgotten. Her wife Lori will do her best to carry on her name and spirit for all and will miss her more then all others put together.
No memorial has been scheduled yet, in lieu of flowers donations to the San Diego Humane Society would be greatly appreciated. As Anna loved all her four legged babies, Tank, Valentine, Monroe and Mattie.
