Brett Stephen Robinson

Brett Robinson was born on April 7th, 1991, in Oceanside, California to Hank Robinson and Laurie Robinson. He attended Sacred Heart Academy, Saint Augustine High School, Northern Arizona University and National University. He earned a bachelor's degree and a Masters in Business Administration.

After graduating from National University, he had an 8-year career in accounting. Aside from being an accountant, Brett had several hobbies: miniature painting, watching the Premier League (an avid Tottenham fan), Magic: The Gathering, video games, snowboarding, spoiling pets with treats, and spending time with family and friends.

Apart from his career and hobbies, his true mission in life was his dedication to sobriety and helping those with addiction. He was a devoted member of the Alcoholics Anonymous community in San Diego. He regularly attended meetings and spoke with those who were struggling with their addictions. Many people credit Brett with turning their lives around, helping them stay sober and even saving their lives.

Brett died on August 21st, 2024, the same day as his mother, Laurie Robinson.

Brett is survived by his father Hank Robinson, his twin brother Kyle Robinson, his younger brother Ryan Robinson, and his maternal grandmother Marguerite June Bushey, and many extended relatives and Friends.

The funeral service for both Brett and Laurie Robinson will be held at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church at 2802 Cadiz St, San Diego, CA, 92110. The funeral will be held on Friday September 27th, 2024, 11:00 AM PST.

The Celebration of Life will be held at the Kona Kai Resort at 1551 Shelter Island Dr, San Diego, CA, 92106. This will start at 2:00 PM PST on Friday September 27th, 2024.

Brett’s interment will be at the El Camino Memorial – Sorrento Valley & Memorial Park. This will also be on Friday September 27th, 2024. The interment will be for immediate family members only.
