Francis Richard Baird

Frank was born September 6, 1946, in Detroit, MI. He was an Airforce brat, living in numerous places all over the US.

His life's work was in Law Enforcement both in Ventura County and San Diego County.

He married the love of his life, Laura in 1991. They were together in total nearly 39 years. Frank and Laura enjoyed doing most everything together; motorcycling, traveling, working out, going to movies and walking their Yorkie, Layla Joy.

Frank was a kind soul. Funny, loyal, a true friend and husband. He will be missed by many and most of all, his wife, Laura and his sweet little dog, Layla Joy.

No services are planned as he would like to be remembered by raising a glass and celebrating him every day.

Cheers to you, my "Frankie Boy", "King-Kat", "Tigger". May you ride free on your motorcycle in Heaven. Till we meet again. I love you.
