He was an artist of great passion and skill. He served in the Navy during the early years of his life and was stationed at Point Loma, California.
He was preceded in death by his eldest son Freddy III and then his sister Sandra. He is survived by his sons Brian (Beverly) of Oregon; Robert (Nadalea) of California; and Michael (Melissa) of Kentucky. Seven grandchildren: Sequoyah, Hunter, Isabel, Elliot, Rowan, Gage, and Leon.
