Mitch Maynard

Mitch was a native of Oceanside, CA and graduated from Oceanside High School in 1974. He was a supervisor for base motor transportation on Camp Pendleton, CA where he retired after 33 years.

Mitch’s passion was to ensure his family never lacked anything. He was a great provider and a true man of God who accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and personal Savior early on.

Mitch enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He would never pass up the opportunity to go fishing and hunting and he loved to work on cars. Mitch had an infectious smile and laugh and he will be remembered for his sarcastic humor, jokes and his kind and giving heart.

The legacy he leaves is one of strength, loyalty and love. His memory will be carried on and talked about for generations to come. He will always and forever be loved and missed.

Mitch is survived by his brother Aaron Maynard, his wife of 48 years, Cristina Maynard,his son Mitchell Maynard Jr., his daughter Faith Miller, grandkids Noah Miller and Eva Maynard.
