Ronald Raymond Howe

He was born on June 26, 1938 in Cody, Wyoming where he lived until he left to attend University of Wyoming in Laramie. After graduating from University of Wyoming, with a degree in accounting, Ron was recruited by the US Treasury Department and moved to California to begin his career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) where he met and married Brenda almost 52 years ago.

Ron believed in God and country. He was a strong believer of giving back to the community and donated to many charities for people and animals in need. As a private pilot, with his own plane, he flew patients to hospitals where they would receive life saving surgeries.

He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Opal Howe, his brother Bruce Howe and his daughter, Amelia Howe. Ron is survived by his wife, Brenda Howe, children: Plyn Marcello, Lori Britt, Gena Britt, and Donald Howe, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Ron and Brenda’s home in Scripps Ranch on August 22, 2026 from 2-6. Family and friends are welcome to gather, share memories, and enjoy some of Ron’s favorite foods.
