Terry Ann Gelsomino

March 13, 1961, in National City, California the daughter of the late Michael Joseph Gelsomino and Shirley Ann Davis Gelsomino. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Tina Marie Gelsomino.

Terry spent her earliest years in the Imperial Beach Community of Southern California and moved to Lakeside, California while still in Elementary School. There, her parents encouraged her participation in sports by example and their volunteer work in Lakeside Bobby Sox. Terry was a competitive, energetic and dedicated team member of any sport she participated in. She graduated from El Capitan High School. Terry briefly worked in the Medical field but soon realized her heart was in making things look fresh and new; so she began her own painting business which eventually led to accepting her position with a painting crew in the California Department of Corrections. In 1999, she found her home in Spring Valley, CA where she has resided since.

Among her favorite things in life were being outdoors from the Ocean to the Mountains, Traveling, Fishing, Golf and her pets.

Left to cherish her memory are her brother Robert Gelsomino and wife JoAnne of Asheboro, NC, Nephews Michael Gelsomino and wife Regina of Newton, AL and Anthony Gelsomino of Greensboro, NC; numerous nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
