Del was born on March 21, 1928 in Morgan Hill, California where he grew up spending time on the family ranch in the Uvas and living in Carmel.
Del was a Police Sergeant for the city of Carmel and also worked as a tree trimmer. He was actively involved in golf and was very proud of the course record 65 he shot at the Navy Golf Course in 1984.
Del was preceded in death by his parents Bernice and Delbert Sr., brothers’ Phil and Gene, sisters Marg and Veronica and his daughter Connie Ciccarelli. He is survived by his wife Janice, daughter Diane Albert, sister Clara Cherry and numerous nieces and nephews.
Del will be laid to rest at The California Central Coast Veterans Cemetery in Seaside, CA with Military Honors.
