

Jack E Killingsworth (83) of Visalia, Ca passed away on February 6, 2026 at home with family. Born in Lindsay, Ca on November 26, 1942 to Wilbert G Killingsworth and Hazel M (Glenn) Killingsworth he was the youngest of four children. Jack and his siblings spent time in Missouri as children living with their Grandmother when they weren’t with family fruit picking in California and Washington. The family settled in Lemon Cove where Jack and his siblings attended school. Jack graduated from Exeter Union High School in 1961 and later enlisted in the Navy and served for four years. After returning home from the Navy he went to work. Working several different types of jobs. He retired from Construction, where he had been a water truck driver.
Sometime in 1968 Jack met his future wife Linda (Cearley) and they married on April 9, 1969. Eventually making a home together in Visalia. The couple went on to have two children, a daughter, Tina and three years later a son, Jason.
Jack was preceded in death by both his parents, Wilbert and Hazel as well as his older brother Billy Killingsworth. He is survived by his sisters, Shirley Gemmel (Porterville) and Betty Alford (Fresno) and several nieces and nephews. His wife Linda and their children, Tina and her husband Cecil McGill. Jason and his wife Sharon Killingsworth. His six grandchildren, Skyler with wife Kat, Dejia, Cecil Jackson (CJ), Cole, Bryce and Ricky. We will all miss him dearly.
Dad asked for no service to be held. The family is honoring his wishes by not holding a formal service. There will be a family gathering in the near future, to be announced.
In lieu of flowers the family asks everyone to show love and kindness to people. Do something nice for someone. Drink a beer or a soda. Just kickback, relax and read a book.
