John Lyle Dinsdale II

Johnny was a bright young man who loved music, theater, travel and animals. In his younger years, he attended Grace Christian School and graduated from Fresno Christian High School in 2009. Johnny attended Fresno City College working on his Associate of Arts degree in Biology.

Johnny loved animals. Beginning at a very young age, he would spend his summers at Zoo Camp and would eventually began his career at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo working as the Lead Life Support Technician and Interim Education Manager. After seven years, he left the Zoo to pursue his love for music in the music industry.

Johnny's favorite artists were the late Michael Jackson, Prince, and Mary J Blige. He attended many concerts throughout his lifetime and collected all types of memorabilia. Johnny also had a love for the theater and attended local plays as well as Broadway shows. At a very young age, Johnny traveled with the group People to People, to Europe, Panama, Hawaii, the Caribbean, Mexico, and many other exotic places.

John was preceded in death by his loving Step - Father Doug Ramos, his Grandmother, Isabel Torres, his Aunt Katie and Uncle Jesse Salcedo, and his Aunt Corina Lopez.

He is survived by his mother Jo Ann Dinsdale, his grandmother Sue Venable, his grandfather John H Dinsdale, his aunt Sue Lynn Stickney of Papillion, NE and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.

A Celebration of Life will take place at the Sea Lion Cove at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo.
